Your path is not going to look like anyone else’s. — Poonam Patel, Vice President, Revenue Operations Poonam shared how stepping out of her comfort zone, including returning to the office after eight years remote, reignited her sense of purpose and influence. Her message to others: growth starts with curiosity and the courage to trust your own voice. ### **Build Teams by Seeing People Clearly ** > We’re not all the same, we’re not all perfect, but everyone brings something to the table. When you weave those strengths together, that’s where success comes. — Chris Rush, General Manager Chris leads an award-winning, all-female leadership team at Americold’s Westgate facility.
