The right questions can help you get beyond the job description and get a better feel for the people, work, and opportunities behind the role.
Whether you're interviewing for a warehouse, maintenance, transportation, supply chain, technology, engineering, or corporate position, come prepared to be curious. You might be surprised by what you learn.
You don't need to ask every question below. Choose three to five that are most relevant to the role and, just as importantly, what you want to know.

| What do you enjoy most about working at Americold? | Sometimes the best way to understand a workplace is to hear what the people who work here actually enjoy about it. |
If a hiring manager tells you their team is focused on improving efficiency, for example, that's your opportunity to talk about a time you improved a process or solved a similar problem.
Listen for something that sparks your curiosity and ask a follow-up. That's when you learn the most.
